Why men always in stressed?

We think back about stress. What can you define about stress?. Why men always in stressed?

Men always be around with problem that unsolve and it's continuest. Problems at work, financial, relationship and also socialize are the major causes of stress for men.

Stress | Work
In our daily live, work can be interesting and sometimes it's boring and it's getting you stress up.
We always facing with new task and need to complete it in curtain specific timing. By having personal planner or organizer in our briefcase, forsure we can less up the stress at work.

Stress | Financial
Bills?, Dept?, Fees?,..Invoice?...argh, all of this bring you to the most extreme stress. Even before this, we heard a lot news shows men suicide because of financial problems. By limit our needs of buying and spending, we can drop off this kind of stress. Dont ever try to use credit card if you dont have curtain amount to pay it back because interest can blow your mind.

Stress | Relationship
Guys, this is serious business. Why you put a lot of commitment if you are not serious for it. Spending a lot for your partner and end up with broke a part. Sometimes in relationship, we need both understanding. We know both have some needs to fullfil but at least, dont make it as a commitment that can bring you to stress. Try to share problems and solve it together.

Stress | Socialize
Yes!, we actually live with lots of people around. How can we get along with them?, by following their flow and try mix around with them. Not all can be follow but normally let them follow you rather then you follow them. Better hear their speach first rather then bring out new topic. Sometime we don't know other people heart and feeling, some of them can accept you and maybe some of them are not.

Don't let stress control your live, enjoy your short journey of life. Be the men.
